Returns & Exchanges

Since each piece is made to order, based on your design and specifications, we can't accept returns or exchanges, except for defects or damage.

Please double-check your design and order details before you finalise your order.

Feel free to reach out to us before ordering if you have any questions.

Production Lead Time

Each of our pieces is bespoke and meticulously crafted to order.

Please allow up to 5 working days from the time of your order for us to prepare and craft your order before it’s ready to send. (This doesn’t include delivery time.)

For urgent orders, please email us before ordering.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your piece is finished and ready to go, we’ll send it via NZ Post. New Zealand orders usually arrive within 3 working days, while international delivery times may vary depending on location.

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way. Please note that TAYO Studio isn’t responsible for shipping delays once parcels have been handed over to NZ Post.
