The Process

(Note: If your name is longer than 10 letters, please email us or send us a message on Instagram before ordering to see if it's possible.)
1. Place your order and under 'Order special instructions', write the name you would like us to embroider on the carry-all.
2. We'll do our part: sewing and embroidering!
4. Your piece will then be carefully packaged, dispatched and sent to you.

- Exterior: Solid colours - Linen-cotton blend. Florals - 100% cotton.
- Lining: 100% cotton.
- Filling: Polyester.
- Zipper: Metal.

When placing your order, please provide the exact name or text you’d like embroidered in the Order Special Instructions box. We will replicate it exactly as you enter it. For example, if you write “Zoe,” your carry-all will be embroidered with “Zoe.” If you write “ZOE,” it will be embroidered as “ZOE.”

Please allow up to 5 working days from the time of your order for us to make, embroider and prepare your order. Once your piece is finished and ready to go, we’ll send it via NZ Post. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days.

Since each piece is made to order, based on your design and specifications, we can't accept returns or exchanges, except for defects or damage.
