1. Place your order.

2. Reply to your order confirmation email and attach a clear, well-lit image of the writing or drawing you would like us to embroider.

3. Our favourite part: We take your precious notes and drawings and transform them into an embroidered keepsake.

4. Your piece will then be carefully packaged, dispatched and sent to you.

Each frame is 8" x 10" (20cm x 25cm) and the maximum embroidery area is 6" x 5" (15cm x 12cm). We'll choose the best frame orientation for your piece, which is embroidered on 100% linen.

Unframed pieces are carefully wrapped for secure shipping.

While we typically use a single colour for each piece, we can use up to three. Please specify your colour preference in the 'Order special instructions' field when completing your order and we'll try our best to accomodate.

Please allow up to 5 working days from the time of your order for us to embroider and prepare your order. Once your piece is finished and ready to go, we’ll send it via NZ Post. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days.

Since each piece is made to order, based on your design and specifications, we can't accept returns or exchanges, except for defects or damage.
